Conceptualisation and support for the cinematic portrait «#WhatDrivesMesut: Mesut Özil X Mercedes-Benz», intended to activate Mesut Özil as a brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz by offering a visually stunning and emotional insight into his life and friendships. Close collaborators including former team mates, a London chef and a childhood friend describe his journey to success.

The idea of the film is based on the specially developed positioning of the Mercedes-Benz brand and Mesut Özil, highlighting their common values and strengths. Authentic product integration is achieved by featuring Mesut Özil’s own personal Mercedes-AMG S 63 4MATIC Coupé. The main film will be supplemented by a making of and highlight film via Mercedes-Benz channels.
